Yarn Care Instructions
Yarn Care Instructions
We recommend you soak your finished object in cool water with a wool wash of your choosing--we love Eucalan. Then block/lay flat to dry, in order to improve longevity.
To avoid felting, especially with non-superwash yarns, be sure to avoid drastic temperature changes and excessive movement.
Please note: After dyeing the yarn, we throughly rinsed and soaked the yarn in a lanolin-based wool wash. However, slight bleeding may still occur the first few washes. If you are worried (especially with reds and purples), you can use a color catcher to help prevent bleeding onto the rest of your project.
Additional Information
Additional Information
Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, colours may vary slightly per hank. For larger projects using more than one hank of yarn per colourway, we highly recommend alternating skeins throughout the project to avoid unwanted tone transitions. We have done our best to capture the colour of the yarn as accurately as possible; however, some colourways change depending on the lighting they are in, and colours may vary from monitor to monitor.
