Pattern Inspiration
Darkness ascends upon the world, bringing a calm stillness to all around me. Watching the moon cast shadows through the dancing trees, and shimmer on wet surfaces, creates a dance between light and dark. Tranquil Night is a translation of this dance in the dark by the light of the moon.
Colourways:
Witch in the Woods A variegated brown, orange, green and purple yarn with orange, green and black speckles.
New Moon
A dark, cool purple semi-tonal.
Both colourways were originally dyed for Stacey of Rose and Purl for her dyers club in 2021.
Enemies to Lovers Fingering 4-ply 85/15 SW Extrafine Merino/Nylon, 437yds/3.5oz, 400m/100g
Due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn, colours may vary slightly per hank. For larger projects using more than one hank of yarn per colourway, we highly recommend alternating skeins throughout the project to avoid unwanted tone transitions. We have done our best to capture the colour of the yarn as accurately as possible; however, colours may vary from monitor to monitor. After dyeing the yarn, we throughly rinsed and soaked the yarn in a lanolin-based wool wash. Slight bleeding may still occur.
Recommended Care: We recommend you soak your finished object in cool water with a wool wash of your choosing, and block/lay flat to dry, in order to improve longevity.
